Distribution Guidelines
We are releasing 11m keys for our soft launch. We intend to launch around 100m keys for our public launch (phase 3).
1. Release up to 700k tokens during our pre-launch to our consultant network that exclusively receives keys for services.
2. Release up to 300k tokens during our soft launch to our social media network. Award shares for interacting with/promoting posts regarding our currency.
3. Release up to 1 million tokens to recruiters/managers/skilled professionals who work on the currency system/website.
4. Offer 1 million tokens for sale starting at 1 dollar per token and then rising in price to 4 dollars each as more are sold.
5. Release 3 million tokens to ASC for redistribution to shareholders for the purpose of empowering humanitarian projects.
6. Release up to 3 million to allied organizations and to trade guilds that manage inter-organizational token exchange rates.
7. Release up to 2 million to land and business owners who offer a space/experience/product/service/resource in exchange for our currency.

| Exchange Rates (Standardized) | 10k-500k keys reserved to create standardized exchange rates with other new paradigm economies. | Maximum of 7 organizations connected through the standardized exchange system. | |||||||||||
